Job Description
The Sourcing & Procurement Manager is responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s procurement strategy. This includes identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers, improving pricing and quality, and managing relationships with key customers. The role focuses on ensuring optimal products, costs, and logistical operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing/procurement (ideally in the food industry)
- Demonstrable success in negotiating supplier contracts and cost optimization
- Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics in the food sector
- Fluency in German and English
- Data-driven and experience with procurement software or ERP systems
- Passion for food and innovation in the food sector
