Credit Representative

Land O'Lakes is hiring a Credit Representative to manage financial risk of new and existing customers in the Feed and Ag industry. The position works onsite hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday) and requires thorough credit analysis, risk assessments, and compliance with credit authority, company policy, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments for new and existing customers
• Ensure compliance with credit authority, company policy, and industry regulations
• Manage credit and collection risk for an assigned portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal staff
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions
