Warehouse Operator

We're seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at Land O'Lakes, Inc. in Mason City, IA. As a key member of our warehousing team, you'll perform front-line processes to ensure successful delivery of final products. You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations, including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, and organizing areas of the warehouse.

Requirements

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly
• Process work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
