Job Description
We are looking for a Head of IT Infrastructure to provide effective leadership of the IT infrastructure team within the ITIL plan. The successful candidate will oversee technical projects, manage IT projects delivery, and lead efforts to improve IT processes.
Requirements
- Degree in business IT, business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Over seven years experience in the IT field including experience in mid-level IT Management
- Strong analytical ability, interpersonal & communication skills and attention to details
- Solid IT Technical Background (formal or experience based)
- Driven, solution-oriented and pro-active work approach combined with a positive “can do” attitude
- Readiness for continuous further training and to keep up-to-date about the developments of products and programs
- Sound knowledge of support, project and process management
- Excellent written and verbal English
- ITIL experience/background
