Sr SAP Functional Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant with expertise in Variant Configuration (VC) and SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to join our Americas SAP Team. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end OTC processes, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of professional experience in SAP SD OTC (Order-to-Cash) implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Engineering Change Management and related functionalities is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and value chain integration.
• Foundational knowledge of other SAP modules and their integration points (e.g., MM, FI, PP).
• Proven ability to collaborate and provide functional support across SAP modules and project teams.
• Prior experience working in a global project environment with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates a structured and proactive work approach, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Effective team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Spanish language skills are a plus and would be beneficial in a multi-regional environment.
