Teamlead (m/w/d) Customer Service Thermal Energy & Water

We are looking for a Teamlead (m/w/d) Customer Service in the Business Unit Thermal Energy & Water. Your tasks will include disciplinary and technical leadership of the Customer-Excellence team, promoting motivation and continuous development of team members, and developing and implementing Customer-Excellence strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a technical or business degree or a comparable study
• Several years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment
• First experience in team leadership, preferably in an international context
• Excellent German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and organizational skills
• Experience with SAP and modern CRM systems; high affinity for digital tools and automation
