Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Work independently within a team setting
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Advanced communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, speak, and listen
- Visual ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time
