Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
• Work independently within a team setting
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Advanced communication and customer service skills
• Intermediate level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, speak, and listen
• Visual ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time
