Job Description
Landmark Construction is looking for Traveling Superintendents to join their team. The Superintendent II is responsible for assisting the Lead Superintendent with project supervision, organization, and planning.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in residential and mixed-use building construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major
- Scheduling & Job Cost software preferred (P6/ Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience
