Design Director - Guidelines

Landor is seeking a Design Director (Guidelines) to develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and tools. The role focuses on translating brand identities into scalable design systems for various touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence across global clients. It involves collaboration with design teams and stakeholders to define, build, and oversee the creation of visual templates and usage documentation.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in branding, design systems or brand identity
• Proven record of creating brand systems, identity frameworks and documentation
• Strong technical skills in layout, typography, print processes and design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Excellent organisational, time-management and project-leadership capabilities
• Ability to collaborate across functions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
