Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Washington. The role involves assisting with planning and coordination of engineering activities, performing site Health & Safety audits, and ensuring the team is properly equipped.
Requirements
- Previous experience in drainage or utilities is preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of field-based engineers
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to schedule and prioritise tasks effectively
