Requirements
- Managing remote operational teams across a geographical area
- Driving and managing operational performance through effective leadership
- Ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing are at the forefront of everyone's mind
- Improving customer service by striving to deliver a same day solution of customer issues
- Carrying out daily activities such as issuing work packages, monitoring safety/compliance, and dealing with customer complaints
- Managing resources, scheduling, and programmes to deliver efficient same day solutions
- Helping manage the defect programme and ensuring KPIs are met
- Maintaining full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
- Conducting and overseeing regular risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Promoting a strong safety culture across all operational teams
