Service Coordinator (Weekend Nights) - Rail Division

The Service Coordinator (Weekend Nights) supports the operational control room during night-time weekend operations, allocating workforce and plant to planned and reactive works, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or control room environment is preferred (rail, drainage, highways, or utilities experience beneficial).
• Clear and confident communication, especially under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently during night operations.
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn internal systems.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
