Job Description
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Bucket 1 HGV Operations based in Ellesmere Port. The Site Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the crews, including planning and execution of works, to drive performance and productivity, while ensuring health and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Management Skills - the ability to supervise and lead crews
- Systems - competent in the use of Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook.
- Health, Safety & Environment - The ability to assess the impact our operations have on Health & Safety matters.
- Operational Understanding - comprehensive experience, understanding and qualifications/accreditations in accordance with the role being undertaken to deliver contractual commitments, operational and safety requirements.
