LangChain is seeking a Head of Technical Recruiting to lead a high-performing team of senior technical recruiters. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership or management roles within elite, high-growth AI or infrastructure-focused startups. Responsibilities include leading an elite veteran team, full-cycle execution, strategic founder & stakeholder partnership, high-velocity diagnosis, AI & technical savvy, and operational rigor.
