Job Description
Cordis, Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team. This role focuses on leading and motivating a team of Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a vibrant personality.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role - Supervisory or strong team leader role for at least 2 years
- Must have worked within large hotels or operations, or have good knowledge about food and beverage
- Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- A vibrant personality for creating memorable moments for guests
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, 7-day rotating roster
