Job Description
We are looking for a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own and evolve our NetSuite platform end-to-end, with a strong focus on bundles, advanced integrations, and scalable finance operations.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years as a NetSuite Administrator or Consultant in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Deep hands-on experience with ARM, billing automation, and complex integrations
- Strong understanding of subscriptions, usage-based billing, revenue recognition, and general accounting processes
- Proven ability to manage payment gateways (Adyen/Stripe)
- Comfortable with owning technical investigations and resolving complex cross-system issues end-to-end
- ZoneBilling or other subscription billing tool experience (Maxio, Chargebee, Zuora)
- Experience with Avalara VAT, multi-subsidiary tax setups, and global compliance
- SQL/Saved Search mastery
- Exposure to Salesforce Quote-to-Cash or CPQ
- Willingness to learn about our orchestration tool: Workato
- Strong documentation and communication skills
