Job Description
The Account Manager will manage and grow existing customer relationships, develop new account relationships, and expand relationships beyond procurement to increase influence and embed LANXESS solutions deeper into customer value chains.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, BS in a technical discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering) strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives simultaneously
- Effectively negotiates with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business objectives, performance metrics, and results-driven decision-making
