The Inside Sales Manager II will support and grow existing customer relationships, assist with new account development, build relationships across customer organizations, and provide value-driven sales support. The role will also involve participating in industry events and customer engagements, gathering market and customer insights, and working with internal teams to deliver reliable solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, marketing, sales, or technical discipline
- Less than 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of business practices and a strong decision maker
- Ability to work in an independent and team environments, maintain a positive attitude, and be a team player
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and remain organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Account management knowledge, experience, and skill with interfacing with end customers and their internal stakeholders
