Put your engineering background to use to tackle short-term projects that offer hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant environment. Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvements. Participate in the site’s safety and environmental programs, by developing and implementing safety protocols and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- Must have completed sophomore year studies in a bachelor's level engineering program (preferably mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering)
- Ability to work full time during the Summer of 2026.
- Ability to work independently on complicated problems and within the context of multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent time management skills to balance daily activities with longer term projects
- Willingness to work both at a desk and in a manufacturing plant
- Ability to read and interpret schematic documents and drawings
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products and other business programs
