Job Description
Join Lapaire, a pan-African company that transforms people's lives through its unique service and stylish products. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for managing an optical agency, leading a team, and developing commercial activities to achieve the company's objectives.
Requirements
- BTS or Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Marketing, Finance, or Management
- At least 3 years of experience in team management
- Previous experience in commercial management or team management is a significant asset
- Expected skills in sales and customer relations, as well as accounting and stock management
- Master of office and Google suite tools and good data analysis capabilities
