Lapaire is seeking an External Commercial to develop and ensure sales outside the agency, while providing a good customer experience and maintaining relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Develop sales outside the agency or around it
• Go directly to the contact of prospects on the ground, around the agency, or in the agency's perimeter
• Carry out targeted client prospecting actions according to the plan of actions established by the Agency Manager
• Ensure a good customer experience from the agency threshold
• Ensure a quality welcome of agency visitors by being available and courteous
• Listen, understand, and reformulate the prospect's need by asking the right questions
• Clearly present the Lapaire concept and describe the different offers to prospects, answer any questions from the customer
• Accompany the client throughout their purchase journey
• Use your knowledge to explain the benefits of eyeglasses
• Advise clients in their choice of frames
• Advise clients in their choice by explaining the differences between the different types of lenses
• Maintain the relationship with the client until the delivery of the glasses
• Correctly record prospects and sales in the CRM software and participate in customer payments;
• Ensure optimal comfort for our customers in the agency
• Ensure the correct arrangement and cleanliness of the shelves of frames to showcase our products
• Pay attention to the overall cleanliness and comfort of the agency
