Lapland is looking for a Golden Experience Host to provide a premium experience for guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, extroverted, and has a proven track record in guest-focused environments. Responsibilities include greeting guests, being attentive to their wishes, and collecting information to pass onto the Father Christmas operations team.
