Job Description
This Senior Auditor role involves day-to-day auditing activities with various clients. Responsibilities include managing audit engagements, coordinating with team members, ensuring compliance, preparing financial reports, and providing coaching. The role also involves client interaction, recruitment, and contributing to firm community activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA certification preferred
- 2-5 years of public accounting experience
- Public accounting experience within an Assurance Department at either the Staff or Senior level
- Working knowledge of GAAP, SAS, and audit procedure
- Proficiency with computer audit applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
- Ability to interact with clients and internal accounting staff
- Willingness to participate in firm activities
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
