Job Description
This full-time position is for a Tax Senior Manager (or Tax Director) with a focus on client service, people management, business development, and potentially Non-Profit work. The role involves building client relationships, recruiting & training talent, managing teams, and driving revenue growth. The company specializes in services to local, regional, and national public accounting firms.
Requirements
- Currently working as a Tax Senior Manager or Tax Director with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- CPA Certification
- Proven record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Exceptional general tax practitioner with focus on Non-Profits
- Strong working knowledge of 990's, 1040’s, 1065’s and 1120S’s
- Demonstrated ability to represent the firm in the business community
- Strong executive presence
