Occupational Therapist (OT) Part Time

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs for residents in a skilled nursing facility. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and comprehensive care, including ADL training, are key aspects of this role. The position involves documentation, team meetings, and staying current with best practices.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with residents through a compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
• Physical requirements: sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting/moving equipment as needed.
