The IT Support Technician provides day-to-day technical support to the company's corporate office and multiple site locations, including hardware configuration, network management, user accounts, and security maintenance. This is a hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting skills, customer service, and the ability to travel between sites.
Requirements
- Provision, configure, and deploy new computers, monitors, and peripheral equipment.
- Set up and maintain internet connections and network devices.
- Respond to help desk tickets and support requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate records of assets and configurations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding technology.
- Ability to lift and install equipment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based tools.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, modems, Wi-Fi setup).
- Experience with provisioning tools and remote desktop/support platforms.
