Travel Center Site General Manager

TA Travel Center/LV Petroleum is seeking a Site General Manager for their Fairview, Kansas location. The role involves day-to-day operations, leading and training store employees, maintaining store standards, and ensuring profitability. The Site GM will be responsible for budget management, food safety, and ensuring the overall success of the site.

Requirements

• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Manage and budget for store P&L.
• Lead and develop site management, including QSR managers.
• Analyze food costs, labor costs, and waste.
• Maintain fuel and food safety standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train employees.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships.
• Perform daily paperwork and store needs.
• Work off-site when required.
