Truck Service Advisor

This Truck Service Advisor position focuses on providing exceptional service to customers through extensive product knowledge and suggestive selling. The TSA will be responsible for writing work orders, handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions, sourcing parts, preparing reports, and ensuring customer safety. The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
