Job Description
This VP of Capital Markets role at a rapidly growing travel/truckstop/travel center operator is strategically driven and operationally-minded. The role oversees all finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital planning, working directly with the CEO and executive leadership team. The company aims to scale while maintaining regional roots.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in raising capital/investment dollars.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in a real estate finance context.
- ERP system experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle preferred).
