Job Description
Last Mile Health (LMH) is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to support community health program management in Liberia. The role involves collecting data, implementing data quality assurance processes, and training the CHT on data analysis and visualization. The position is open to Liberian nationals residing in Liberia, and offers the opportunity to contribute to improving health equity in rural and remote communities.
Requirements
- Support CHT to conduct timely collection and entry of Monthly Service Reports (MSRs).
- Work with CHT and MOH to implement the annual NCHP household registration and mapping process.
- Support the CHT and MOH to strengthen and implement county-level data quality assurance activities.
- Support the CHT and MERL in preparing for quarterly district data review meetings.
- Actively participate in the LMH Liberia program's internal MERL technical working group and the LMH global MERL Community of Practice.
- Support the CHT to plan and implement research, M&E, routine supervision, and learning activities.
