Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) Program

Your tasks

The Entrepreneur in Residency (EiR) internship typically lasts for 6 months (full-time). You will learn the entire business and take over relevant business areas immediately, which you will manage in your own responsibility. You will work hand in hand with the William Walker founding team and have the opportunity to make a steep learning curve in a short time. As an entrepreneurial person, you will fully engage and develop your own ideas for and with William Walker. If you succeed with your drive, work approach, and passion, you will get the chance to take William Walker to the next level and, beyond the EiR internship, have the opportunity to take your next career step as an entrepreneur with William Walker. Of course, there is a comprehensive learning curve in addition to a monthly remuneration for your work.

What tasks are waiting for you:

• Exclusive insights into the work of William Walker, as well as other E-Commerce Startups of the lasting brands GmbH
• Independent development and implementation of projects
• Participation/leadership in various areas, from Business Development, Online Marketing, Sales, Product and Project Management
• Insights into the scaling and growth phase
• Direct collaboration with the founders and the lasting brands team
• Regular 1:1 and strategy deep dives on business-relevant topics
• Experience in the further development of existing business models
• A relevant network and valuable contacts for the future

Your profile

You have completed your studies - preferably with a business or information technology-related degree - successfully or are about to graduate

You think entrepreneurially and can demonstrate this through your own projects or internships/student work

You are enthusiastic about the topics of E-Commerce, Digitalization, Brand Building, Founding, and see your future clearly in this area

You are highly motivated, very committed, and want to change and develop things

You work independently, structured, and are a team player

You speak and write German and English fluently

You have alternative professional experience but find yourself completely here again - go for it
