Trader

We are seeking an experienced Trader to join our semi-systematic trading desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market microstructure and electronic trading, with a proven track record of managing risk and generating P&L. The role involves developing, deploying, and managing trading strategies, as well as leading by example and mentoring junior traders and analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a quantitative or systematic risk-taking role at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or investment bank
• BA/BS or advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical field
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and prototyping
