Requirements
- Strong academic record with a Bachelor's level education
- Significant experience in the private equity/investment banking/financial services industry
- MBA and 1+ year of investment banking experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of investment banking or equivalent experience
- CFA/professional qualification
- Experience with M&A and DCF transactions
- Business and legal due diligence experience
- Financial due diligence and marketing materials experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
