Our TMT Group advises clients on various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and financial investments.
Requirements
- Creating and analyzing financial models
- Organizing and preparing client presentations
- Managing transaction processes
- Assisting in structuring transactions
- Develop financial models and perform customized company valuation analysis
- Participate in M&A transactions and fixed income/equity issuances
- Prepare presentations explaining industry trends and client strategies
- Coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers
- Lead due diligence processes and participate in negotiations of legal documentation
- Maintain client communication and help structure transactions
