Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the LATICRETE Microsoft Dynamics365 platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM and strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration, and customization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM
- Proficiency in the following CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization
- Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
