Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This is an on-site, full-time role where the accountant will work closely with leadership, including the Controller and CFO, to maintain accurate financial records, support compliance, and ensure the overall integrity of the organization's financial data.
Requirements
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Apply GAAP principles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage adjusting entries, depreciation, and amortization schedules.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with filing monthly sales tax returns.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and provide financial analysis as requested.
