Job Description
As a Senior Director of Product Management for LaunchDarkly's Enterprise product, you will drive business outcomes, partner with engineering and design, and lead strategic planning to help customers adopt LaunchDarkly across their entire organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product leadership roles
- At least 2+ years leading multiple teams and PMs
- 5+ years building developer tools or infrastructure products
- Experience translating complex technical requirements into product roadmaps
- Led 5+ cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, sales, and customer success
- 4+ years as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company
- Quantifiable examples of product decisions that drove ARR growth, reduced churn, or improved key usage metrics
