Job Description
LaunchSquad is seeking a Video Editor and Designer to develop engaging social-first content for brands across earned, owned, and paid channels. The role involves concepting, storyboarding, editing, and producing high-quality videos, carousels, and graphics for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta. Collaboration with writers and PR strategists is crucial for campaign development.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion + graphic design, and content production for social and digital campaigns
- A portfolio showcasing a mix of short-form videos, motion graphics, and static design assets
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and knowledge of motion design and kinetic typography principles
- Experience repurposing long-form content into short, social-optimized formats
- Demonstrated ability collaborating with writers, strategists, and account teams to turn creative ideas into visual strategies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, growth mindset
