Job Description
LaunchTech is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This role focuses on driving the adoption of MBSE principles across the organization and integrating system design into a cohesive digital environment. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build, refine, and sustain enterprise-level architectures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering frameworks (e.g. DoDAF, UAF, TOGAF)
- Strong knowledge of modeling languages (e.g. SySML, UML)
- Experience using model-based SE tools (DOORs, Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.)
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
