Job Description
LaunchTech is seeking a Senior Boundary Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining perimeter network infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and compliance at the network edge. Collaboration with IT teams is key to securing enterprise systems and delivering resilient solutions to mission-critical environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience as a Boundary Engineer
- 5+ years of experience with the F5 load balancer
- 5+ years with Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW)
- OSI model and IP protocol stack understanding
- Work with switching and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NetScalers, Cisco, Citrix, Firepower)
