Job Description
This role is a Senior IT Support/IT Specialist responsible for first contact, client fleet operation, and ongoing IT infrastructure/process optimization. The position involves user account management, hardware/software installation/maintenance, and knowledge base training, with a focus on ensuring smooth client operation and administration of IT systems.
Requirements
- Completed IT education or comparable qualification
- Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience and knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Intune) networks and mobile devices
- Fluent German and English knowledge
- Deep knowledge of network, firewalls and virtualization
