Senior IT Systems Administrator

Lavipharm is seeking a senior IT Systems Administrator to strengthen their IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, supporting approximately 300 colleagues in a regulated pharma environment. The role involves managing infrastructure, implementing security solutions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to projects like ERP/CRM modernization.

Requirements

• Manage and optimize infrastructure (VMware, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure, M365)
• Implement and operate security solutions (firewalls, EDR, MFA, IDS/IPS)
• Ensure uptime, resilience and disaster recovery readiness
• Support compliance and audits (NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR, GxP)
• Contribute to projects (ERP/CRM modernization, workflow and application rollouts, automations)
• Act as technical escalation point and provide technical guidance to the IT team.
