General Manager - Sri Lankan Restaurant

Our client is looking for a General Manager for their soon to open 60 seater restaurant in the Carnaby Street area serving Sri Lankan cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of service, training staff, and managing the business to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Have the drive to develop the restaurant product and the people around you
• Ensure the team have a natural passion for delivering great service and entrepreneurial drive for up selling
• Be commercially aware in promoting the restaurant
• Have strong leadership qualities, be a good communicator, and very ambitious in nature

Benefits

• Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 dependent on experience plus bonus
