Job Description
LEARN Charter School Network is seeking an ELA Instructional Coach to lead the development, implementation, and assessment of ELA programs across the network. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and coaching, with a strong background in English Language Arts instruction and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and teacher certification (PEL- preferred)
- 3-5 years of high-level teaching (AP or above) or instructional coach experience
- Experience using the Science of Reading
- K-8 education teaching/coaching experience
- Ability to travel to multiple campuses throughout Chicagoland and North Chicago
