Job Description
Join Lawsons - Building Excellence in Steel Fabrication and Welding. As an established leader in the industry, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Steel Fabricator / Welder to join our thriving Steels Department at our Colney Heath branch.
Requirements
- Previous experience in steel fabrication and welding is essential.
- Proficient in MAG, MIG, TIG, and arc welding, cutting and shaping steel to precise measurements.
- Able to read and work accurately from technical drawings and schematics.
- Comfortable with heavy manual handling and working in a busy workshop environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality control.
- Team player, adaptable to changing workloads and able to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Self-motivated with a positive approach to safety, efficiency, and productivity.
