Job Description
At LayerZero, our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is dedicated to crafting and maintaining large-scale, resilient systems. Our goal is to ensure that all LayerZero services are reliable, meet the uptime expectations of our users, and continuously evolve at a swift pace.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
- Deep familiarity with blockchain node infrastructure (e.g., running validator/full/archive nodes, RPC optimization, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Golang development—with ability to build tools, services, or automation.
- Advanced knowledge of Unix/Linux internals and systems administration.
- Strong background in distributed system design and high availability architecture.
- 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, including Helm chart authoring.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
