CONCRETE QC FIELD TECHNICIAN

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Quality Control Technician to join our growing team at the Concrete QC Field Technician position is focused on ensuring the highest quality control standards in concrete production. The role involves testing concrete at job sites and plants, analyzing performance, and providing customer support. The position operates in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Test and monitor concrete at various plant and jobsites.
• Perform ACI and/or LA DOTD quality control tests on aggregate and concrete products.
• Maintain lab area and lab equipment according to industry quality control standards.
• Observe and record placement, sampling and testing abnormalities.
• Maintain strong communication with dispatch, sales and production personnel throughout the placement.
• Sample and test plastic and hardened ready mixed concrete.
• Cast, cure and transport concrete specimens.
• Perform on-site visual inspections of concrete being delivered.
• Assist delivery drivers at the plant and onsite.
• Assist production personnel at plant locations.
• Observe and record performance, sampling and test abnormalities.
• Follow all company safety regulations and policies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
