The role focuses on serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional customer experience. Candidates will collaborate with internal teams to optimize paid media campaigns and drive client success in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar role in digital marketing agencies.
• Experience with Google Ads or other media buying platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented and resourceful.
