Requirements
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Advanced certifications in Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, or attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) (highly valued)
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing ad budgets with measurable ROI
- Experience leading or mentoring teams (6-7 figures monthly ad budget)
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Shopify, and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript (for troubleshooting)
- Advanced understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Strong knowledge of YouTube/Demand Gen campaigns (advantage)
