Requirements
- Diploma in college studies in tourism or any other relevant combination
- 3 to 5 years of experience in guest services, sales, or ticketing
- 2 years of experience in team coordination
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership and initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English level
